Council Meetings:
The Workplace Volunteer Council meets every other month to provide managers of employee volunteer programs an opportunity to network, learn, share information, and collaborate on volunteer projects that a single company could not do alone. The meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. and are hosted by a member company on the last Tuesday of the month. Check our calendar for meeting dates.
Meetings provide:
- A forum for exchanging information on employee volunteer programs, such as recruiting volunteers, setting up volunteer projects, recognizing volunteers and other key issues.
- Opportunities for companies to collaborate on projects, both large and small and a chance to network with other professionals.
Membership Programs and Dues:
The Council serves as a resource for companies of all sizes. Some member companies have established employee volunteer programs while others have smaller programs that are growing.
Annual membership dues are $100 for companies with 1 to 50 employees and $200 for companies with more than 50 employees. Membership entitles company participation in WVC projects and meetings.
